What’s Special in Ranighati

Ranighati Garhi: The exact date of its construction remains unknown, yet today, the fortress Garhi is writing a new chapter. The ‘Ram Janki Mandir’ situated within the Garhi has become a central place of worship for the rural community. Nearby, a large Gaushala established by the saints houses thousands of cows. Additionally, there is a Yajna-Vedika, where a group of saints regularly engage in penance.

Gaumukh: Stairs descend from the building itself to an ancient Gaumukh (cow-head) at the foothills of the mountains. Nearby, there is a tank, and many heritage remains of archaeological importance can be observed. According to archaeologists, these remains are related to the Gurjar-Pratihara dynasty.

Ramghat: On the left side of Ranighati Garhi, a check dam known as Ram Ghat was recently built under the leadership of saints in the middle of the rivers. Here, water is collected between the rocks, and the surrounding trees flourish from the gathered water. This view is truly amazing.
